These policies are in place to ensure that all of our clients have nothing less than an extraordinary experience!​
**Piercing fees are collected at the time of booking, both online and over the phone. This fee reserves your date & time and covers the piercing only. Due to our large selection and material options, jewelry is purchased separately.
TATTOOS CONSULTATIONS:
This is NOT a tattoo service appointment.
This is for the consultation ONLY. Your artist will collect a deposit from you and schedule your tattoo appointment at the end of your consultation.
There is a studio minimum of $100 for tattoos.
SERVICES FOR MINORS:

Services are ONLY offered for minors ages 16+, with the exception of certain piercings only offered to ADULTS (18+) ONLY.
Minors need a "Consent to Pierce/Tattoo a Minor" form filled out and notarized prior to arrival.
The parent or legal guardian consenting must be present for the entire appointment and bring a government issued ID.
PIERCINGS:
Time for jewelry shopping is included with every piercing appointment.
The cost of the piercing fee for any single, above the waist piercing, is $45.00 (Double-$65, Triple-$95) plus the cost of your jewelry. Our jewelry starts at $45.00 and goes up from there. Final costs will vary depending on your piercing and jewelry choices.​
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS:
We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling and cancellations.​ Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a loss of deposit/additional piercing fee.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are more than 8 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment must be rescheduled as to not interfere with other clients' appointments.
A loss of deposit/additional piercing fee may apply.
INDUSTRIAL & NAVEL PIERCINGS:
These piercings are especially anatomy specific and therefore, require an anatomy consultation prior to scheduling the piercing service.
